Maggie (Anne Hathaway) and Jamie (Jake Gyllenhaal) are not your normal couple; she, a fiercely independent free-spirited woman, meets Jamie in a pretty unordinary way. He, a struggling viagra drug rep, poses as an intern to a top doctor in order to gain prospective clients, and sits in on an appointment where she reveals to her doctor that she has the illness Parksion’s. After persuing her, and sharing a series of one night stands, Jamie comes to realise that he wants more from their casual fling, and convinces Maggie to move in with him. However, a new job opportunity almost takes Jake to Chicago, but he realises that his love for Maggie is more important, and vows to look after her forever…

Verdict: Some bits are hilarious, lots of nudity (don’t watch with parents!), two great actors, and Anne played a different sort of role to her usual very well!
Can’t wait for these two to get together in 2011! It has to happen! And Anne reminded me so much of Julia Roberts cerca Pretty Woman in this film.
