Stacey Solomon is currently celebrating after welcoming another boy into the world earlier today, and her first with fiancé Aaron Barnham. She entered into labour early this morning, and is thought to have given birth much earlier this evening. Her publicist and good friend Max Clifford announced the news on his Twitter page, writing: “Congratulations to our lovely client @5taceysolomon who gave birth to a baby boy earlier today, both baby and mum are doing well.”
Stacey Solomon has apologised to the public after pictures of her smoking 4 cigarettes within a 2 hour gap emerged over the weekend. The singer, and winner of the ‘Foxy Bingo Mum of The Year‘ award, who is in her 7th month of pregnancy, clutched her baby bump as she puffed away during a break from a photo shoot.
She told ‘The People‘ newspaper: “I know it doesn’t look good, but I only have a few cigs a day.” Her publicist Max Clifford has defended his client: “Stacey has been smoking 1 or 2 cigarettes a day but she is desperately trying to quit and she is very embarrassed about it all. She’s going to be trying electronic cigarettes and she knows it’s bad but the stress of having a baby and all her work commitments have been difficult.”
When asked if she was enjoying her pregnancy by ‘New!’ magazine last month, she made her feelings quiet clear: “Not at all. The novelty wears off after a few months. I can’t wait to be a normal size again – and eat prawns. I think I have gained weight but everyone keeps giving me that line “Oh, you look so small”. I’m like, “No, I look huge!”. As soon as I find out I’m pregnant, my hips always widen. I’m not one of these people who believes in leaving the hospital and being a size 0 because I won’t. I’ll be this size for a few months. Hopefully, I won’t eat as much as I won’t be feeding me and a baby.”
Former ‘X Factor‘ contestant Stacey Solomon has been proposed to by boyfriend Aaron Barham today in New York.
She’s spent the last few days exploring NYC‘s best tourist attractions, with ‘Ground Zero‘ high on the list. Earlier in the day she told followers of her plans to go to the ‘Statue of Liberty‘, so I assume that he proposed there.
“Good morning from NYC! Off to the ‘Statue of Liberty‘ today! Then flying home tomorrow had such a lovely time! I <3 NY.”
Just a couple of hours ago, she added: “I can't believe he's finally asked me ….. 
.”
A double celebration for the pair!
Last year’s winner of ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!‘, Stacey Solomon, is three months pregnant with her second child.
She and her boyfriend Aaron Barnham told ‘The Sun‘: “We are really excited. And I’m really looking forward to everything, knowing I am sharing it with the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. Everything is different this time. I feel a lot more experienced and ready.”
And she’s not going to hang around to find out what the baby’s sex is: “I’m impatient. I can’t wait to find out. I’m definitely one of those people who feel their Christmas presents. Zac‘s bedroom is a lovely blue and I want to be able to prepare for the baby. I don’t want to be buying all white.”
Former ‘X Factor‘ mentor and friend Dannii Minogue tweeted her: “Congratulations to the beautiful @5taceySolomon on the announcement of her pregnancy.”
“Me and Aaron are sooooo excited! Thank you all so much for your congratulations! Love you!”, she posted to her fans.
Stacey Solomon can add one more title to her collection: ‘Celebrity mum of the Year’! The singer won last year’s series of ‘I’m A Celebrity’, and has just been offered her first TV role as co-host of a brand show, and will be representing food chain Iceland as well.
